Digital Content Specialist


The challenge

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital production process of campaign initiatives with a digital and online focus. This job will require excellent ability to bridge between project management and technical needs. Furthermore, you will be able to balance focus on multiple aspects including delivery, creative input, emerging operational challenges, and understanding the relation of production to the broader context of strategic media.

As Digital Content Specialist, you will work to improve and develop digital marketing services with the goal of supporting the sales organizations of Ubbink and Centrotherm in Europe, China and the USA. You are based in Doesburg, the Netherlands and you will report to the International Marketing Manager of the Ubbink Centrotherm Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing digital production of assets including still visuals, 3D imagery, promotional videos, instructive videos, and a variety of product marketing documents
  • Overseeing the delivery of these assets to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting group companies within a de-central organization by contributing to higher efficiency in content creation
  • Supplying the board of directors, internal stakeholders from group companies, external agencies, and other involved parties with sufficient information during the production process to ensure these parties are aligned
  • Defining, negotiating, communicating, implementing, and monitoring technical quality standards and creative integrity on all projects deliverables/assets, guided by a group’s creative guidelines
  • Managing approvals of brand materials for group companies that relate to localization, production processes and creative aspects
  • Co-developing and supporting a digital marketing services platform that hosts brand portals for our individual group brands. This will include system integrations such as product information management, digital asset management and customer relation management
  • Developing online reporting and KPI-based dashboards for our group companies’ online platforms
  • Contributing to other digitalization projects such as event support systems in order to optimize marketing operations

You will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably within an advertising or media agency with emphasis on marketing and digital production
  • To be fluent in English, while additional languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of project management for marketing campaigns and localization workflows
  • The ability to manage many creative projects at a time, working with teams operating from multiple areas of the world
  • Sufficient experience in working with various web content management systems and Adobe Creative Cloud systems (experience with Kentico is a plus)
  • Experience with and knowledge of online analytical tools, conversion management and customer journey mapping
  • The ability to quickly acquire industry specific terminology in the fields of heating, ventilation, and smart building products, as well as the technical ins and outs in these fields
  • The ability to listen carefully to local requirements and translate them to central developments
  • The ability to manage expectations, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • A pragmatic and hand-on mentality
  • A motivated and flexible attitude, having the capabilities to work well in a team
